The Ørsted team behind the Glacier Meadows Solar Project recently met with Lenawee Now’s leadership team to learn more about the exciting plans for the upcoming Align Workforce Development Center, set to open in Adrian in Spring 2025.
The mission of the Align Center is to provide hands-on, skill-based education and career path support for adult residents and graduating high school seniors in Lenawee County. The new facility will be accessible to all residents, whether they are adults looking to upskill or shift career paths, or soon to be high school graduates taking their first steps toward a career.

We’re excited to see the impact the Align Center will have as it prepares to open its doors in 2025. Lenawee Now is a not-for-profit private-public partnership dedicated to driving economic opportunity in Lenawee County. They offer a variety of programs and services to help businesses start up or expand, develop a talented workforce, and act as a resource to identify funding and grant opportunities from state and federal programs. Lenawee Now collaborates with state and local economic developers, regional economic development partners in Ann Arbor and Detroit, as well as local educators, businesses, and organizations.
