Ørsted Partners with Blissfield Main Street to Support Community Events
Ørsted is proud to announce its new partnership as an annual “Spectacular” level sponsor with the Blissfield Main Street Downtown Development Authority for 2024-25. This sponsorship supports a variety of community events hosted by Blissfield Main Street including the Yuletide Festival, Wassail Festival and the downtown Parade of Lights.
Blissfield Main Street has quickly become a regional favorite, offering a lively calendar of events and activities throughout the summer and fall, as well as plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation.
Since its inception in 1975, Michigan’s Downtown Development Authorities (DDAs) have been dedicated to revitalizing downtown areas that experienced a decline in activity following World War II. DDA programs invest both funding and expertise into local projects that upgrade public spaces and attract visitors back to these vibrant communities.
We want to congratulate Blissfield on earning the Certified Redevelopment Ready Community® designation! With this milestone, the future looks bright for Blissfield and Lenawee County.
