On June 24, the visionary Align Center for Workforce Development opened its doors to residents, and the Glacier Meadows Solar team was thrilled to join them for the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony!
This new chapter marks an exciting opportunity to strengthen Lenawee County’s talent pipeline. By providing hands-on training and real-world experience, the Align Center is helping prepare tomorrow’s workforce today, supporting growth and opportunity across our region.
The center will provide the necessary resources for technical, professional and leadership skills that are critical in addressing reskill and upskill training of the current and future workforce to meet the broad talent needs of local employers.
